SJ-Recon is responsible for fully reconditioning both Skyjack brand Electric Scissors and Rough Terrain as well as many various boom lift models from a variety of OEMs Skyjack Corporation.
Reconditioning Method
Every equipment has been carefully inspected with all safety bulletins and outstanding updates completed prior to disassembly. Prior to being carefully prepped for painting, all weldments are closely checked for any defects.
Skyjack's Recon Division has all of the necessary equipment required to do a professional, high quality paint job. They provide a complete paint line and oven and a state of the art blasting booth.
Each and every Skyjack machine put back together based on OEM standards and some parts are replaced with new ones. The parts that get replaced includes: the hydraulic fluids, 110V outlet, filters and hoses, the main control and main electrical cables and joystick controllers. Additionally, each unit receives new tires, batteries and battery cables and worn pins and bushings are replaced.
With a rated load capacity of ninety thousand pounds in the 2nd and 1st tiers, the TXLC-974 also offers 85,000 pounds load capacity in the 4th and 3rd tiers. These units offer a ninety seven inch center of load. When at one hundred six inch center of the load, the TXLC-974 capacity is 82,000 pounds in the 1st and 2nd tiers and in the 4th and 3rd tiers it is still rated at eighty thousand pounds.
